Eric (Jisu) Lee
I have been in the Massage Therapy industry for over 5 years and I’ve enjoyed every bit of it. Being a graduate from Royal Canadian College, it has prepared me with a lot of knowledge and clinical skills to bring my passion to life. I enjoy helping people and being with my clients in their journey to recover from any physical injuries or to reach any of their health goals. Outside of work, I am often seen playing tennis and table tennis.
Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?
As an RMT, we are very well trained in a wide verse of clinical symptoms. To pick a few, I am very familiarized with treating general muscle tension, frozen shoulder and carpal tunnel syndrome. The treatment will always be created based on the client’s needs.
What should I expect in your session?
In my session, the time will always be focused on your chief complaint, whether it be from sports injuries concerning your shoulder, elbow, wrist, back, ankle, etc or just general tension build up from working at the computer for prolonged time. Different techniques will be used geared to different concerns or areas of the body. However, if you are only looking for a general relaxation massage, just let me know =)
What are you proud of in your practice?
I am proud of when my clients gets a significant improvement after the session and especially if we are able to maintain it through regular treatments and/or home exercises. I am proud of when my clients follow their plan of treatment and work towards prevention rather than being reactive.
Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?
I believe all therapists has their own forte and what works for someone else may not work for you. It is important to find someone who works for you, as everyone is different. I focus on treatment, prevention and education for my clients on how to maintain and manage their overall wellbeing. =)
